Behind TNG’s work is a passionate and skilled team dedicated to fostering education, literacy, leadership, and sustainable growth in refugee and host communities.
The Board of Members at The Next Generation (TNG) serves as the organization’s highest governing body, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with its mission. This diverse group of seasoned professionals provides strategic guidance, upholds core values, and oversees governance, legal, and financial stewardship, contributing to the long-term sustainability of the organization.
They play a vital role in establishing policies, overseeing financial sustainability, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and safeguarding the core values of TNG. As stewards of accountability, the Board is responsible for evaluating the performance of the executive leadership, approving budgets and major projects, and ensuring that the organization remains aligned with its founding principles.
Each board member brings unique insight and experience in areas such as nonprofit management, education, public policy, finance, law, and humanitarian development. This diversity enables the Board to offer balanced, strategic decision-making that reflects the needs of both the organization and the communities it serves.
“The strength of our Board lies in their collective wisdom, integrity, and commitment to guiding TNG toward sustainable impact.”
The Executive Members of TNG are the driving force behind the organization’s daily operations and project implementation. They are responsible for managing programs, coordinating teams, overseeing finances, and ensuring that TNG's vision is translated into measurable impact through effective leadership and community engagement.
At the helm is the Executive Director, who provides overall leadership, aligns the organization’s objectives with its mission, and maintains relationships with partners, donors, and stakeholders. Supporting this role are specialized leaders such as the Program Manager, who designs and coordinates projects; the Finance Officer, who ensures fiscal responsibility and transparency; the Communications Officer, who shapes public perception and engagement; and the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, who measures impact and drives data-informed improvements.
Executive Members are selected not just for their technical expertise, but also for their passion, innovation, and commitment to social change. Their collaborative approach, grounded in community needs, enables TNG to deliver high-quality services while staying adaptive in a dynamic environment.
“Our Executive Team transforms vision into reality, with hands-on leadership and deep-rooted dedication to community transformation.”
